I wrote and illustrated this story long time ago and the project is eventually completed.
Many thanks to my friend Diana for proofreading and editing the text!

Once upon a time, in a place called Newhaven, there was a fox who loved sandwiches, and she would not share them with anybody.
She could make all kinds of sandwiches, with all kinds of ingredients. All the other foxes were really keen on having at least a little bit.
They would even offer her little gifts.
But nothing would make her change her mind, she just did not want to share.
One day she was at the harbour and was about to eat one of her favourite sandwiches – the one with salami and reblochon. Suddenly, a seagull flew down from the sky, stole the sandwich from her paws, and disappeared into the horizon.
The little fox felt miserable and started crying! Once she started, she couldn't stop.
The other foxes saw what happened, but they did not want to console the selfish fox. They thought she deserved it! But one of them felt sorry for her and wanted to help her.
So little Mr.Fox went home and made the nicest sandwich he could - with mushrooms and fried eggs. Then he went up to the little selfish fox and shared his sandwich with her.
The little fox stopped crying.
She took a bite from her sandwich half and then suddenly started crying again.
She finally realised how important it is to have a friend, and that food tastes much better if you share it with someone who loves you.
From that day on, the little fox always shared her treats with the other foxes,
and really enjoyed the food...and the sharing.
Sometimes the seagull would fly overhead.
Since he didn't like the reblochon, though, he never stole sandwiches again and decided to go fishing instead.
